Community-led creative practice exploring more sustainable tourism and local life.
Renew Bunratty brings LSAD and Bunratty Local Development Association together to explore how tourism can support local communities without depleting the places and ecosystems that attract visitors. The collaboration uses creative practice, intergenerational skills exchange and repurposed materials.
Announced in July 2023 with support from Creative Ireland’s Creative Climate Action Fund II, the project investigates the ecological, social and economic dimensions of sustainable tourism.
